Foodies Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing hunger and homelessness, recently hosted its Legacy of Leaders Awards Ceremony at the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. The event brought together a group of community changemakers to honor and celebrate individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to volunteer service and positive impact.
Attendees enjoyed an evening filled with delicious food, refreshing beverages, and meaningful conversation. The gathering offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests had the opportunity to connect, share stories, and learn more about the incredible work being done by various organizations across the region.
In recognition of the honorees, each individual’s affiliated nonprofit received a financial stipend to support their ongoing mission. The event also helped generate substantial support through donations and marketing resources, all aimed at uplifting the work of local groups dedicated to creating lasting change in the community.
