Section 1: About Foodies Care
What is Foodies Care?
Foodies Care is a community-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to support the nonprofits already doing the hard work every day. Our mission is to stand behind organizations feeding the hungry, sheltering the housing insecure, protecting vulnerable individuals, and investing in future difference-makers by bringing people to the table and turning connection into meaningful support.
Through events, partnerships, volunteerism, fundraising, and community engagement, we help raise awareness, resources, volunteers, and financial support for nonprofits making a real impact in our communities.
Who does Foodies Care serve?
We work directly with nonprofits that serve vulnerable populations, including families, individuals experiencing homelessness, and veterans in need of mental and physical health resources.
Where is Foodies Care based?
We are proudly based in Jacksonville, Florida, but our impact extends to communities across the region.
