Foodies Care Grants
Foodies Care is committed to maximizing its impact by offering a diverse range of grant opportunities designed to support nonprofits and approved partner organizations at multiple levels. Approved partners are encouraged to apply for multiple grants to fully leverage the resources available and expand their reach within the communities they serve.
These opportunities include the Event Sponsorship Grant, which provides funding and promotional support for community events that align with Foodies Care’s mission; the “It’s Time We Donate” Scholarship Grant, which supports individuals connected to partner organizations who are committed to service, education, and initiatives addressing hunger and homelessness; the Matching Grant, which amplifies fundraising efforts by matching eligible funds raised, effectively doubling impact; the Legacy of Leaders Grant, which recognizes outstanding leaders and provides financial and marketing support to the nonprofits they represent; and the Product Wholesale Purchase Grant, which offers access to food and supplies at reduced or subsidized rates to help organizations serve more people efficiently. Together, these grants provide financial assistance, visibility, resources, and partnership opportunities—empowering organizations to scale their programs, strengthen operations, and make a greater, lasting impact.
Board Member Matching Grant
The Board Member Matching Grant program encourages collaborative giving by matching funds raised by the organization’s board members. This grant amplifies the impact of grassroots fundraising efforts and strengthens organizational investment.

Brian Sexton Grant
The Brian Sexton Grant, powered by FoodiesCare.org in partnership with Brian Sexton and Client Focused Media (CFM), provides nonprofit organizations with complimentary “Man on the Street” interview coverage at a fundraising event of their choice. The filmed attendee interviews are edited into a professional recap video that nonprofits can use to promote their organization, increase awareness and highlight their impact.
A respected broadcaster and storyteller, Brian Sexton is best known as the longtime “Voice of the Jacksonville Jaguars,” serving as a key part of the organization’s media team for nearly two decades. His passion for sharing meaningful stories and supporting the Jacksonville community makes him a powerful advocate for local nonprofits.
Through this partnership, nonprofits gain a unique opportunity to showcase their mission and the people who make it possible.
Community Matching Grant
The Community Matching Grant program encourages collaborative giving by matching funds raised by organizations, businesses, or individuals who support Foodies Care’s mission. This grant amplifies the impact of grassroots fundraising efforts and strengthens community investment.

- Doubles the impact of funds raised (up to approved limits)

Requirements
- Must have received and completed the Board Member Matching Grant
- Minimum 10 donors required that did not participate in the Board Member Matching Grant program to receive the full amount of the match
Event Sponsorship Grant
The Event Sponsorship Grant provides financial and in-kind support to community-driven events that align with our mission. This grant is designed to empower organizations, schools, and local leaders to host impactful gatherings that bring people together around food, housing, and social good.

Guy Beard Designs Grant
Foodies Care and Guy Beard Designs are proud to support nonprofit organizations making a difference in their communities. Selected organizations may receive up to $5,000 in handcrafted jewelry and gift cards from Guy Beard Designs to be used in silent auctions, raffles, fundraising galas, and donor appreciation events.

It’s Time We Donate Grant
The “It’s Time We Donate” Grant encourages students to give back to their communities through volunteerism while earning scholarship opportunities through Foodies Care and VolIntel. This initiative extends our mission by investing in individuals who are committed to service, leadership, and addressing food insecurity and homelessness.
Each year, the goal is to award scholarships to students who actively volunteer through participating partner organizations.
Requirements
- Students must register on VolIntel
- Students must pledge and complete a minimum of 25 verified volunteer hours
- Volunteer hours must be tracked and verified through VolIntel
- After completing the required hours, students must submit an application and essay responding to: “What does volunteerism mean to you? Describe one volunteer experience that impacted you and how it shaped your perspective on giving back.”
- Scholarship applicants will also receive the opportunity to appear on an episode of “On a Mission” to share their volunteer experience and community impact

Legacy of Leaders Grant
The Legacy of Leaders Grant by FoodiesCare.org is rooted in the organization’s signature Legacy of Leaders Awards Ceremony, which honors outstanding individuals and the nonprofits they serve. This grant recognizes community champions whose leadership, service, and compassion are creating meaningful, measurable impact.
Through this initiative, Foodies Care not only celebrates these leaders publicly but also directly invests in their affiliated nonprofits by providing both financial support and marketing resources to help them expand their reach and effectiveness. The program reflects Foodies Care’s commitment to uplifting “everyday heroes” and strengthening organizations that align with our mission.

Lowest Priced Promo Grant
The Lowest Priced Promos Grant provides approved nonprofit and community partners with access to discounted merchandise, branded apparel, promotional products, signage, and marketing materials. This grant helps organizations increase visibility, promote events and campaigns, strengthen branding efforts, and reduce marketing and outreach costs.

Marketing Grant
The Marketing Grant, powered by FoodiesCare.org in partnership with Client Focused Media (CFM), provides nonprofit organizations with access to high-impact marketing, media, and advertising resources designed to significantly expand their visibility and community reach. Through this strategic partnership, Client Focused Media has pledged over $500,000 annually in marketing services, which are allocated to approved nonprofit partners to help amplify their mission and message.
This grant is designed to bridge the gap between great work and public awareness, equipping organizations with professional marketing support that would otherwise be out of reach. Services may include brand development, media placement, digital campaigns, video production, and strategic advertising initiatives tailored to each organization’s goals.
By leveraging this partnership, Foodies Care empowers nonprofits to tell their stories more effectively, attract donors and volunteers, and ultimately increase their impact in the fight against hunger, homelessness, and community need.

Product Wholesale Purchase Grant
The Product Wholesale Purchase Grant allows Foodies Care to purchase products from approved nonprofit or community partners at wholesale pricing for use in silent auctions, raffles, community events, and fundraising initiatives. This opportunity helps generate additional exposure for partner organizations while sharing their mission, products, and impact with the Foodies Care audience and community network.

VolIntel Impact Grant
The VolIntel Impact Grant recognizes nonprofit and community partners that actively engage volunteers and verify community service hours through the VolIntel platform. Organizations that successfully verify 250 volunteer hours become eligible for additional support and recognition. This grant is designed to encourage volunteer engagement, strengthen community impact, and celebrate organizations making a difference through service.
Requirements
- Organization must be an approved nonprofit or community partner
- Volunteer hours must be tracked and verified through VolIntel
- A minimum of 250 verified volunteer hours must be completed within the designated grant period
