EmpowerMENt™ supports individuals and organizations in strengthening identity, belonging, mentorship, and leadership development—especially for boys and young men of color, adoptees, and foster care alumni. Led by Dr. Adam Anthony, a leadership consultant, speaker, and mentor shaped by his lived experience as a same-race Black adoptee, EmpowerMENt™ helps people bridge who they were, who they are, and who they’re becoming. Right here in Nashville, TN.
EmpowerMENt is a growing community initiative focused on building consistent, relationship-centered spaces for young men who often lack stable support systems. We are intentional about creating environments where participants feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead. We are grateful for opportunities to connect with aligned partners and share this work with broader community networks that believe in youth development and long-term impact.
