A Florida native and avid adventure enthusiast, Della Sellers is the Founding CEO of Virtue Consulting, LLC, a full-spectrum automotive consulting firm in Jacksonville. After 20 years of working in the industry, she saw a gap in how dealerships did business with their vendors. She set to disrupt that process, providing the dealerships with an improved strategy to manage their vendor relationships proactively, which better aligns with their long-term goals. Virtue Consulting will celebrate five years in business this November and is now operated in over seven states.
She is also the Founder, President, and Executive Director of a non-profit organization called Girls of Virtue, which started in 2020. Girls of Virtue uses a three-step program to empower and equip young women, ages 14 – 24, to be spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially grounded. They have had programs in local high schools for four years and opened their first empowerment center in downtown Jacksonville in early 2023. The center is open Tuesday to Friday from 2 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 to 4 pm, offering free workshops to ladies in our community for various personal improvement programs like cooking on a budget, healthy cooking, managing finances and credit, managing stress, and dealing with past emotional trauma, physical health, and exercise, yoga, and meditation. Girls of Virtue has had three annual golf tournament fundraisers so far, and they have another in October of 2024. They also had their second annual 5K fundraiser in April 2024. Girls of Virtue also launched the first Young Executive Cohort in 2024, where they selected five young women to receive a mentor, a vocational trade of their choosing, and one-on-one coaching in all four pillars of their program. Three of which exceed the initial expectations.
Della’s achievements speak volumes about her leadership and community impact. She is the proud recipient of the Small Business Leader of 2023 award and is also on the Arlington Council of the Jacksonville Chamber board. Her membership in the American Association of Christian Counselors and active involvement in the local business community further reinforce her capabilities. Step-by-Step Foundation recognized her as an unsung hero for her dedication, outstanding contributions to the mental health industry, and impact on the community in 2023.
Della is a business leader and a visionary with a passion for creating systemic change.
