Matt Breuer is a distinguished attorney specializing in real estate and finance law, with deep expertise in commercial real estate matters and secured lending transactions. Before joining DMHD as a partner in 2012, Matt served as a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP in Jacksonville, Florida. His strong academic background includes a J.D. with High Honors from the University of Florida—where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif—and an A.B. in History from Duke University.

Beyond his professional practice, Matt is an active contributor to his community and professional organizations.
