Rick Moyer is a highly accomplished financial executive and strategic leader with a proven track record in capital markets, financial consulting, and corporate governance. As the Founder of RAM Capital Partners, Rick leveraged his extensive expertise to guide financial and accounting consulting initiatives, while his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Dream Finders Homes saw him oversee Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations. In that role, he successfully raised hundreds of millions in construction lines of credit, led multiple private capital raises, and spearheaded the company’s Initial Public Offering in January 2021.

Prior to his time at Dream Finders Homes, Rick served as the Managing Partner for PwC’s Jacksonville Market for nearly 17 years. During this period, he built long-term, trusted relationships across a diverse range of industry sectors including real estate, banking, technology, sports and leisure, and health insurance. Rick played a pivotal role in global acquisitions, complex accounting transformations, and financial reporting improvements for some of the nation’s most prominent organizations, including TIAA Bank, Florida Blue, FIS Global, and The PGA Tour. His leadership in PwC’s Banking Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and his contributions to the development of global Sarbanes-Oxley methodologies further highlight his industry expertise.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. His deep financial acumen, strategic vision, and commitment to transparent board communication are invaluable assets as he serves on the Foodies Care Board of Directors, working to address hunger and homelessness in the Jacksonville area.
