Raising Resilience Tennessee's mission is to empower parents to break generational patterns & provide safer, more supportive environments where children flourish.
At the end of our FY25, we changed our legal name from The Family Center to Raising Resilience Tennessee so our community can better embrace our focus on children. Because we serve their parents, the kids sometimes aren't recognized as our ultimate mission. Parents are their first and primary caregivers, so the more the know and the better their skills, the more likely (in spite of circumstances) those children will have safe, supportive, nurturing environments where they can thrive.
